Staining
antioxidants with antiozonant effects
Outstanding
protection against dynamic stress, oxidation, heat, ozone and
rubber poisons; these antioxidants cause severe staining.
For car, truck and earthmover tires, technical goods subjected
to dynamic stress, cable sheathing and insulation, inner
tubes and roll covers.
Qualinox 4020 is also used for stabilization in E-SBR production.

Staining
antioxidants without antiozonant effects
Very
good protection against oxidation and heat, and good protection
from rubber poisons; staining effects range from medium
to relatively weak. Used in combination with p-phenylenediamines
for heavily stressed technical goods.

Non-staining antioxidants
Protection
against oxygen, heat and unorientated crack formation (crazing).
To some extent effective against fatigue and poisoning by
heavy metals. Staining absent or minimal. No contact staining.
For white, light-colored or transparent goods, e.g. dipped
articles, fabric proofings, technical rubber and
latex goods.
Qualinox BHT suitable for rubber goods produced by the solution
dipping process.
Qualinox MB, Qualinox MB 2 and Qualinox ZMB 2 used mainly
for heat-resistant thiuram-cured goods. Synergists with
other antioxidants.
